Pâtisserie Chez Hoffmann

A cute boutique that has a wide selection of pastries, cakes, and Viennese pastries made by Chef Thomas Hoffmann. The boutique also has imported European specialties and products straight from the Québec terroir. According to the Du Temple-Quirion family, visitors absolutely must try the heavenly chocolate cake.

Charcuterie Stefan Frick

Their menu features more than 80 different sausage varieties, all made with fresh ingredients, but stanchly without gluten and preservatives. There’s also natural bacon and suckling pig (pre-order required). “When I was in high school, at noon we’d go to Frick’s and get a hot dog with sauerkraut – it was so delicious!” recalls Sarah Du Temple-Quirion.

FG Chocolatiers

Located in the heart of Vieux-Chambly, this chocolate shop owned by Frédéric and Geneviève is the place to stop if you have a sweet tooth. Fine chocolates abound (over 50 flavours), decadent cakes, fresh sorbets and gelatos are all made by hand, and are free from artificial flavours and vegetable fats. “We go there in the summer for gelato, and the rest of year we go to eat chocolates!”
