Submit a complaint

Do you find yourself in a dispute with the SAQ? Do you feel frustrated about an issue? Have you witnessed a suspicious situation?

Here are the steps to follow to submit a complaint:

Are you a customer?

  1. Contact the Customer Relations Centre via the form or by telephone

  2. If you contacted the Customer Relations Centre but weren’t able to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you can submit a complaint to the SAQ through a completely impartial body. The completely confidential hot line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by telephone or online.

Are you an SAQ supplier?

  1. Please speak with the representative concerned about the reasons for your complaint. This can often help resolve a dispute.
  2. If the compliant is related to the contract process, please refer to the Procédure portant sur la réception et l'examen des plaintes dans le cadre d'un processus contractuel (PDF - 97 Ko in French only).
  3. If the first two steps don’t resolve the complaint, a completely confidential hot line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by telephone or online.
