Cosy coffee

Coconut-rum Coffee

1 drink

Ingredients
30 ml (1 oz.) amber or dark rum
15 ml (1/2 oz.) citrus liqueur
1 long espresso or very hot strong coffee
30 ml (1 oz.) coconut milk
30 ml (1 oz.) 35% cream
Sugar

Preparation
Rim highball glass with sugar. Combine rum, citrus liqueur, coffee and half the coconut milk in a highball glass. Whip the cream and remaining coconut milk together and use it to garnish the coffee.

 

Café coretto

1 drink

Ingredients
8 ml (1/4 oz.) anise liqueur (like Sambuca)
240 ml (8 oz.) hot espresso coffee

Preparation
Combine the anise liqueur and espresso coffee in a toddy glass.

 

Choco espresso

1 drink

Ingredients
45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) maple cream
75 ml (2 1/2 oz.) hot chocolate
75 ml (2 1/2 oz.) hot espresso
30 ml (1 oz.) hot milk

Preparation
Combine the hot chocolate and espresso in a toddy glass. Stir using a mixing spoon. Pour the hot milk and maple syrup cream liqueur into a container. Use a steam nozzle or whisk to create froth. Add the flavoured foam to the hot chocolate and espresso mixture.
