An uncommon pizza
It’s high time to indulge yourself! Our pizza is made with shrimp, pesto, herbes de Provence and a trio of cheeses – Parmesan, goat and mozzarella. It’s a welcome change from traditional pizzas and awakens dreams of summer. Serve it in wedges or bite-size squares.

What to drink
With hints of lemon and melon, and a touch of minerality, Lolo Paco&Lola will make a charming match. The Spanish Albariño grape produces refreshing, crisp whites, like this Lolo from northwestern Spain. If you prefer beer with your pizza, try Estrella, another Spanish treat. This ale-lager hybrid falls somewhere between a blond ale and a witbier, with a dash of citrus and coriander. Rosé fans will appreciate the floral and fruity aromas of Carrelot des Amants, so redolent of southwestern France.
