Quebec City restaurant crowned Canada’s best
Quebec City’s Saint Roch neighbourhood is home to Italian restaurant Battuto—Canada’s newly crowned best restaurant by Air Canada’s enRoute Magazine. Battuto beat out scores of other restaurants in Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Ottawa and Edmonton for top honours. Battuto is led by Guillaume St-Pierre, former winner of the TV show Les Chefs!, pastry chef Paul Croteau and sommelier Pascal Bussières. This is Quebec’s new “IT” restaurant.
