  1. The "extra ball" for pinball machine fans is the extra chance offered when you score a lot of points. And in the jargon of winegrowers Sylvain and Nicolas Grosbois, this corresponds to the first cuvée of the year, the fruitiest and freshest. A real fruit bomb to savour for on its own, slightly chilled.

  2. If Sylvaner is sometimes misunderstood, it nevertheless delivers all its potential here in a masterful way. Coming from old vines and benefiting from aging on lees for nine months, this cuvée has everything to seduce you, as aperitif or with a light cheese platter pairing and with your favourite seafood.

  3. .Vidal is one of the most cultivated grape varieties in Quebec. Overlooking the Yamaska National Park, the vineyard of the couple Chantal and Bernard is perfectly suited to this aromatic variety which yields here a lovely dry and vibrant white. Superb with a steamed artichoke starter or an apple and cheese grilled cheese.

  4. An outstanding value according to "La Revue du Vin de France", Jean-Marc Burgaud's estate is located in the heart of the Beaujolais vineyards since the end of the 1980s. It has 19 hectares of vines, most of which are grown on different Morgon terroirs, which take advantage of the granitic soils of the village of Lantignié. An easy drinking  Beaujolais Villages that's fruity, floral and subtly spiced.
  5. Founded in 1499, Tenuta Villanova remains to this day the oldest wine property in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Their white, macerated on skins for five days then aged in concrete vats, is a wise choice for anyone wishing to explore orange wines. Aromatic and refreshing, it will pair wonderfully with a Californian salad.
