I love to travel, which I feel we can do through food and wine! These three things — food, wine and travel — are part of my daily life. When I’m in another country, I immerse myself in its culture. I enjoy tasting local wines and spirits and discovering the best pairings. I love Amermelade, an aperitif produced right here in Québec, ideal for making Negronis. Another one of my top picks is Pol Roger Champagne, which I love for its fine bubbles and notes of green apple and honey.

I’ve always loved hosting – even as a little girl. I used to work in event planning, which sparked my love of wine. Working for the SAQ, I’ve been able to expand my knowledge and discover other types of alcohol. I recommend St-Germain, a delicate elderberry liqueur that is perfect in a martini or combined with bubbly. As for red wine, I suggest Valley of the Moon whose subtle wood aromas give way to notes of fruit. Delicious!

I like getting together with friends and introducing them to different wines and spirits. I also enjoy discovering new regions and what is produced there. I especially love spirits (gin, rum, cognac), but I’ll never turn down a good red wine. Hennessy is a smooth cognac, which I enjoy on the rocks, around a fire with friends. I also really love Romeo’s, a Quebec-made gin. With its citrus notes and delicate taste, it can be savoured anytime.
