  1. Grown biodynamically and certified Demeter, this Austrian vineyard of 13 hectares is carefully harvested by hand. Made from Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and St. Laurent, this natural cuvée makes the most of the easy-drinking, fruity and invigorating side of these varieties. Serve chilled with beef tartare or vegetarian pizza.

  2. Emblematic grape variety of Beaujolais, Gamay is in the right hands with Jean-Claude Lapalu's gentle, minimally interventionist vinification, allowing it to express itself freely. Juicy, crunchy and floral, this red leaves an impression of purity, as if you were biting into the bunch. It’s hard not to think of charcuteries or beef tartare as a pairing!

  3. This Veneto Sauvignon enjoys the benefits of high altitude, allowing for better temperature range, which favours the varietal expression thanks to slower and more harmonious fruit maturation. Classic citrus notes are joined by scents of white flowers and a subtle note recalling banana. The mouth is round and fruit-driven; a fine choice for white fish.
