Grown biodynamically and certified Demeter, this Austrian vineyard of 13 hectares is carefully harvested by hand. Emblematic grape variety of Beaujolais, Gamay is in the right hands with Jean-Claude Lapalu's gentle, minimally interventionist vinification, allowing it to express itself freely. Juicy, crunchy and floral, this red leaves an impression of purity, as if you were biting into the bunch. It’s hard not to think of charcuteries or beef tartare as a pairing!

Neighboring the Valpolicella appellation, Bardolino is capturing the heart of lovers of easy-drinking fruity wines. This cuvée expresses itself with a tasty spicy touch that will benefit from some time in the fridge. Perfect served with pork tenderloin or antipasti.
- This Veneto Sauvignon enjoys the benefits of high altitude, allowing for better temperature range, which favours the varietal expression thanks to slower and more harmonious fruit maturation. Classic citrus notes are joined by scents of white flowers and a subtle note recalling banana. The mouth is round and fruit-driven; a fine choice for white fish.
During their last appearance on SAQ.COM, these products sold out in a flash. If you haven't tried these coveted bottles yet, now's your chance! But act quickly before they disappear again.
